FOR LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If an exchange or refund is necessary, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, with all of the original tags attached. Any goods you don't like can be exchanged for cash to the exact worth of the goods.

If Who We Are made a mistake that led to your return, we would be happy to reimburse you for any shipping fees that you may have paid for the item(s) you are returning. Also, you must send us an email at info@beezet.lk together with the item, a copy of the invoice, the justification for the return, and any other information pertaining to the exchange.

You will be liable for all shipping and gift box charges incurred for the order as well as any fees connected with returning the item if the return is not the result of a WWA mistake (s). Please choose a dependable carrier that provides tracking while sending your return. It is highly advised that you insure the box because it is your responsibility to make sure that all of the things arrive to the returns facility undamaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

If the returned goods were harmed or changed in any way before being delivered to the returns center, refunds won't be given.

Beyond the 14-day return window, no refunds will be granted.
